OUR METHOD

Designing a business plan is not enough. The expertise of starting up a business, creating systems, exploring new applications and markets, finding that ‘right client’ with the ‘right needs’ in a ‘perfect fit’ situation is more a matter of smart work than luck or hard work. Years of experiences in successes and failures help identify what needs to be done and do it. That is why we call it the “make it happen” service. As a requirement for this service, a business plan or a business plan assessment needs to be finalized by the Alicia Castillo Wealthing Group within one year of implementation.

 

RESULTS

Our interim CEO service includes:
  • Managing the company
  • Identifying and hiring key personnel
  • Setting up a board and maintaining proper monthly meetings
  • Providing milestone planning
  • Regular follow up that includes monthly meetings
  • Written summaries for active or passive investors
  • Developing, presenting and discussing financial statements with shareholders
We help shareholders by providing a credible management leader and freeing inventor's time to focus on developing products and new upgrades and not running the company. Typically, Interim CEO services last 12 months, with a phase out period of 2 months.

Time to deliver: on-going, minimum 12 months.

Client’s commitment: on-going participation, 4-20 hrs/month.
