Effectively led highly diverse teams in different countries for Automatic Teller and Self Service Machines for branch implementations.

 

Designed and implemented IT infrastructure for messaging and collaboration networks for main companies in different locations in Argentina and Chile

 

Led call center assessment for different industries. The assessment included documenting the current state, designing the future state, and coordinates the new services.

 

Effectively led team in multiple locations on the implementation of Citrix Metaframe.

 

Designed and implemented Oracle based custom build production tracking system. 

 

Developed Retirement Control System and Procedures, leading a team of 5 developers to deploy it onto 60 agencies and used by 600.000 customers.

 

Led the implementation of operational security platform for several companies in Santiago (Chile) and Buenos Aires (Argentina)  This included designing all infrastructure components, from workstations to servers and WAN connections
