· Revitalizing Global Strategic Alliances for an emerging IT firm, built
viable channels; generating sales of $12M. Drove firm into new market segments (80% sales), by negotiating partnerships (4 regional alliances) and implementing customized market-entry strategies with metrics, marketing plans, training programs,
and logistics processes.
· Spearheading channel marketing programs in 20 countries; directing
lead generation programs for 40 distributors, driving market awareness (+45%) and market share penetration (+25%) and improving operations (+90%).
· Solidifying market position for rapidly growing men’s casual wear
brand, leveraging $1M budget to re-define the brand’s strategy, personality, implementing media and creative direction and emboldening merchandising programs; increasing in-store product visibility and sell-through.
